8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Service and this Privacy Policy shall be subject to and governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.  In the event that any dispute arises under this agreement which cannot be resolved between the parties, such dispute shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be in Beijing.
